HOW KICKSTARTCO STARTED
KickstartCo was founded in 2023 by two former SDRs who saw a gap in the tech sales industry—companies often don’t provide the necessary training for their staff to succeed. With no prior experience and countless rejections for SDR roles, they understood the frustration many face when trying to break into the competitive tech sales market.
Motivated by a desire to help others overcome these challenges, they launched KickstartCo to offer practical, hands-on training and support to aspiring tech sales professionals.

Since then, KickstartCo has helped over 200 individuals land roles in top tech companies across 7 different countries. Our mission is to empower candidates to gain the skills, confidence, and resources they need to succeed, all while ensuring they’re ready to ace interviews and pass the ramp-up period with ease.
